Indoor Scouting Competition 2026

Each group is limited to two teams of 4-7 members and is for Scouts and Guides aged 10-14 at the time of the event. Leaders are responsible for collecting permission from parents and dealing with emergency contact information, as we ask a minimum 1 leader per group attends and stays for the duration (the more leaders the better)! If leaders are wanting to volunteer at the event, and help run activities, please fill in the volunteer sign-up form. If not a space for tea & coffee will be provided.

Indoor will be held on Tuesday 3rd of February from 18:30-20:30 in Durham University Teaching and Learning Centre and we ask you arrive promptly to allow us to start on time!

Indoor will test the young people in a variety of skills. Past competitions have included: map reading, first aid, pioneering, trangias and more!

This form will close when sign ups are full or the Friday (11:59pm) before the event (31st January) so please sign up fast!

If we still have additional spaces close to the deadline we will allow additional team sign-ups, so keep an eye on your emails.
